hello i hope if you can help me.

i have a problem solving this recurrence relation and how to insert if statemen (about with for loop

and using the series and the solution should be

1-2y(2)-6y(3)-14y(4)=0

y(2)-y(3)-11y(4)=0;

-y(2)+3y(3)+8y(4)=0;
