Question: Help with Solving this,

Use Newton’s Method to approximate the indicated root of the equation to correct six decimal places.

The root of 2.2x5 – 4.4x3 + 1.3x2-0.9x-4.0=0 in the interval [-2, -1].

The rest of the assignment states : "

Start by plotting the function in
Maple to get a reasonably good initial approximation. You may use a
“while” loop, but do not use existing Maple commands for Newton’s
Method."

I have to do this in maple, for Calc I. I am a complete beginnner in this stuff, and I have no clue what to do and where to get started on maple. On paper I can do this problem since you move from one implementation to the next until you reach the 6th decimal place. If someone can please helpe me out it would be highly appeciated.

If someone can please help me solve this it would highly appreciated, my group mates are not helping me and i have been trying to contact them for the last 4 days.
