Question:What makes this contact not roll smoothly and bounce

In the attached model I have tried (among other things) to simulate a disk pendulum without friction.

The simulation shows bouncing and angular lock.

There are also 3 warnings and an initialization problem that I could not fix.

How can the model be improved?

P.S.:

Rolling without friction worked fine here.
