Question:How to plot a function with uniform space in semilog plot of x

Hi,

 

    I am trying to plot a rather complicated funtion in semilog plot. The x axis is in log scale, and x is from 1e-7 up to 10. I was able to have it work out except the points are not uniformly distributed. Most of the points are condensed within a small range between 0.1 and 10. So it is not clear how the curve is like from 1e-7 to 1e-2. Is ther anyway aroung that? Thanks a lot.
