Question:Spline in 3D?

I see that there is a command for a 2D spline:

Spline(xydata, v, dgr, endpts)
Spline(xdata, ydata, v, dgr, endpts)

But my data is (x,y,z). Surely there is some way to fit a spline curve to this? I'm not asking for a surface -- it's just a list of points.
