@ecterrab

Currently, only possible way to Physics package update is manual download of actual Physics package and manual copy of it on proper place.

Moreover, still is not clear, what is the right path to the Physics package?

C:\Users\XXX\maple\toolbox\Physics Updates

or

C:\Users\XXX\maple\toolbox\2020\Physics Updates

Clear install of Physics package on Windows platform create always the path: C:\Users\XXX\maple\toolbox\Physics Updates , so I am a bit confused by recomendation from this Thread.

Is there any officially recomended way, how to update the Physics package on Windows platform? Announced fix (see update 2020.1.1 release info) does not solve this problem at all.

@ecterrab I can confirm that Physics update still does not work with Maple 2020.1.1 + Windows 10 pro 64bit.

I tried to remove maple directory from my home directory and reinstall Physics package ... without any success, too!!!

So, the problem is still here and latest update does not solve it at all!!!

@Mariusz Iwaniuk

As I said before, the Mathematica solve this kind of problem very intuitively and without any problems.

Proposed (by @vv) Maple solution is not robust at all.

@vv How to choose proper interval of n in general case???

@vv This kind of "help" to Maple is not very useful  in general. It is not intuitive. Mathematica is able to handle this problem without any other "help"!

So, I think that Maple needs the fix not the help...

@acer

Yes, you are right! The problem is caused by an open context panel. Thanks for quick help!

I can completely confirm this problem on my Win10 Pro (build 2004) with Maple 2020.1 upgrade.

@acer thanks

@tomleslie Thanks a lot for your answer!!! If I understand well, everything is based only on proper setting of pathdef's. Am I right?

So, there is really nobody who is willing to share any experience regarding this problem?

Oh no, ... Again somebody trying use illeagel copy of Maple 2019 and asking for help here!!??

@Thomas Richard Yes, I understand, but keep installer dependences on 32-bit libraries is a bit old-fashion way in 64-bit era.

Could you send exact size of your maple.dll file?

@acer This is based on recent experience some of my students. A few of them reports exactly identical problem with cracked Maple 2019.

@acer Thanks for very useful info! Why does the installer not contain all the required libraries in itself?
