I don't remember what I was that I working on back then, and how I worked around it, but it is good know that that feature is now available in Maple 2018.  I may need to upgrade my Maple 14.

Sorry.  Windows 7.  I have tried ctrl-v and also none of the tool bar tabs, (file, edit, insert, view, format, etc) are gray out and not available.

Thanks for the reply.  I think that I had merge too fully the idea of an infinite limit and an undefined limit into the same "undefined" category.  Maple apparently is just being specific as to how the integral is undefined.
