I still have the file from last night that has this error. I uploaded it here.

When I just tried to reproduce it just now, I am getting the same thing you are - distributing the cos across the first term.

So I am not sure what I did to cause the error. I can't reproduce it at this point.

I found how to convert from 2d to 1d... This seems to be the whole key that I needed.
