(1) Please rescale theinitial conditions accordingly
(2) In the new adjusted code, i have used the 153 values
(3) Let the time start at zero
(4) I have corrected times[1] to be times[i] and added the option maxfun

Note: Can C__f fit to the ooscillatory function. Please i need a fit to check the low error generated by the parametrization

@Carl Love thanks very much for your effort. Having studied the parametrization of the model, i  removed and used some symbols which gave error free runnings. I added more data and decided to parametrize and fit only 9 parameters.
Note: Im not having 20 data points, only time. I represented my data points with Cf. Having done that i encountered another error
