@tomleslie

Thanks for this!

No need to get annoyed, we're all freinds here. I changed the question since that would be the most obvious thing to do from my prespective. Yes, I made a mistake and I apologsed and also thanked you for the help.

@Carl Love Thanks a million.

I do not understand how I managed to miss that. It is most likely because I copied it from the maple programming help website where it uses T and A as vectors for the stem plot. I'll read through your entire reply. Thanks again for taking the time out of your day to write such a comprehensive response.

I feel a tad embarrassed by making such a mistake, I guess that's what happens when you are working late nights lol

@Thomas Richard

Sorry my bad, I uploaded the wrong file by accident.

I added 'restart' at the top. So, I want to find the fifth harmonic for a square wave with 4 volts amplitude. I have attached my correct file this time. PLease ignore the title of 8us it should be sqare wave.

@tomleslie

Hi thanks for this!

However, there is one more thing I wanted. Plotting the f(t) and the harmonics is good but I also want to find the value of the fifth harmonic at 4 volts. So this would be the pythogorus of A(5) and B(5). Please give me answer for this. Previosly maple was giving 0.7 but that is wrong. It should be around 0.5 calculated from Matlab how can I do the same on maple?

(I restarted the program and now it gives correct answer but why is this inconsistency?)
