@Axel Vogt I don't actually have a problem defined, I was just wondering if we could filter out complex result in dsolve. If I had a task I would have posted it, but I don't. I was just looking around the docs and I found nothing for restricting the domain of dsolve. I did some research but I haven't found anything. As I replied in the other answer, I'll find an example where this can be applied so my question will be more precise. 

@Markiyan Hirnyk Yes you're right. But now I'm short on time. I'll accept your answer since it was what was asked and I'll make a new question when I'll have a better example.

@Kitonum Thank you, but my question was about dsolve. I know I don't need dsolve to solve this, I may have used a bad example.

@Markiyan Hirnyk Thank you for your answer. My example may have been confusing. The set of equations that I'll want to solve will actually contains derivatives, so I won't be able to use that method.

I want to know if it's possible to have a real result from dsolve.
