## Calculating volume of parallelepiped...

Maple

Ive tried several commands, but none of them will give me a response

Here are the points im working with:

u = (2, -3, 1), v = (-4, 3, 3), w = (2, 4, 6)

And here are the several commands ive tried to use, with "with(LinearAlgebra), with(geom3d)" implemented before:

volume([2, -3, 1], [-4, 3, 3], [2, 4, 6], parallelepiped)

> with(plots, display);
> volume;
display(parallelepiped, axes = normal, scaling = constrained, orientation = ...

## Complexplot help...

So im working on this question right now:

Using “complexplot”, show all of the cube-roots of -8i (you will first have to
find the principle cube root, convert to polar form, and then add appropriate
propportions of 2*Pi to the argument to find all other roots, using Maple for all
calculations).
Im going to attach my attempt to this post, all feedback is greatly appreciated and if im doing something wrong, if someone could lead me in the right direction.

## polar function/coordinates...

The last question im going to be asking for a while.

Im trying to find a function which in the form of a spiral crosses the x-axis at 45 degrees. Now i can only think of one function that fufills this, that would be the tan function since at Pi/4 it would give me 1 fulfulling my question. But making a function which fufills it not so easy, i know i have to use the polar differentiation but im having trouble inputting it into maple

## Approximating Functions...

Im currently doing number 1 right now on this lab which i attached, and i cant seem to think of a function that suites that description, im going to ask my instructor for more clarification, but i was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on how i could come up with the one needed

## Finding values in a differential equatio...

I will include the work i did, also near the end of the worksheet, there are word descriptions of the questions i did.

Im stuck on the last 3 questions: question 14, 15 and 16. I cant seem to find the values i need for my Ce^-kx

I tried diff it but my syntax is preventing me from going farther.

All help will be appreciated! i will include the original lab for more clarification!
