What would be the IBC conditions for the 1D heat equation describing the temperature distribution along a circular rod with a heat source at its base?

The label for the horizontal axis refuses to be printed no mater what I tried. I can insert, change and manipulate the vertical axis label but not the horizontal. I don't know what else to try.

How do I check the content of the color channels in an image? I am using

if C[i,j]=[0,0,0] then...

where C is the image name, but it looks like it doesn't work

I'm trying to pointplot two arrays (vectors) but no matter what I change in the listing below Maple 11 keeps considering the second vector as an option.
